Sundowners at Casa Rex
A range of activities are available from Casa Rex including scuba diving and snorkeling at magnificent world-renowned sites. Unbelievable deep sea fishing opportunities are on offer in many areas in and around the Bazaruto Archipelago islands.
Take the time to Sailaway on an Island dhow safari or visit the islands by motorized boats. Kite surfing at Casa Rex is an exhilarating experience, with kiting safaris for the more experienced.
There are many other ways to enjoy the beautiful warm bay - water skiing, wake boarding and windsurfing are some. Whale watching (from August to October) and sunset cruises in traditional dhows are others. If you want a change from being on and in the water, try horse riding along the beach. Or explore the local culture by taking tours to the market, orphanage, schools or visit the various craft shops.
After an active day, relax with Spa treatments from our visiting therapists and sip sundowners on the Casa Rex terrace, or refresh yourself in the swimming pool overlooking the harbour. The perfect way to end a day….. Or begin one!
